Your Role

We are looking for a service-oriented and committed inside sales/customer service representative who wants to contribute to strengthening Swedish industry through professional service, technical advice, and high availability for our customers. As a customer service representative with us, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer service, order reception, and sales to existing and new customers
  • Contact with customers via phone and email
  • Support for field sales with quotes and customer inquiries
  • Technical support and advice regarding our products and solutions
  • Supporting operations in the warehouse and store as needed

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and requires a sense of service, structure, and accountability.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has an interest in technology, service, and business
  • Is structured and has a good ability to plan, execute, and follow up on your work
  • Is engaged, positive, and enjoys having many points of contact
  • Has good communication skills in both spoken and written language

Previous experience in the industry is an advantage but not a requirement – you will receive training in our product and service areas as well as in our business systems. You do not need to be an expert in all technical areas from the start – we take a long-term view of your development with us.
